Every Ravello order is fully tracked, fully insured, and shipped with care.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs processing, public holidays, remote delivery zones, or carrier delays outside our control. If your tracking has not updated within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us.

Shipping cost

Shipping is complimentary on all orders, to all destinations.

Import duties and taxes

All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered by Ravello. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Insurance, lost or damaged packages

Every Ravello shipment is fully insured against loss and damage in transit.

If your package does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@ravellowatches.com within 7 days of expected delivery or actual delivery. Please include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
