Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your Ravello timepiece doesn't meet your expectations, here's how we handle it.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your timepiece arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@ravellowatches.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or, ideally, a short video showing the problem

We will review your case and arrange a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund — including any return shipping costs. This is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

60-day return for change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you may return your timepiece within 60 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The watch is unworn — never sized, never set, never used to tell time on a daily basis
  • All original packaging, protective films, tags, and accessories are intact
  • The product shows no signs of wear, scratches, or damage

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Pair Offer returns

The Pair Offer ("Add Any Two Timepieces") is a bundled promotion. To receive a refund on a Pair Offer purchase, both timepieces must be returned together, in unworn condition, with all original packaging.

If only one of the two timepieces is returned, no refund will be issued, as the second timepiece was provided as part of the bundle and cannot be separated from the purchase value.

This rule does not affect your right to a replacement or refund for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. If only one of the two timepieces arrived with a defect, please contact us under the "Defective, damaged, or incorrect items" section above.

How to start a return

To start a return, email info@ravellowatches.com with your order number and the reason for the return. For defective or damaged items, include photos or a short video.

We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not ship anything back before receiving return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional days may pass before the refund appears in your account.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects discovered after the 60-day return window are covered by our 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@ravellowatches.com with your order number and details of the issue.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, water damage from improper use, or damage caused by misuse.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence. If you have stronger rights under your local law, those rights apply.
